So...
Male or Female = Born Male with Female Brain Cells, resulting in a frustrated life.
LGBTQ+ = Lesbian trapped in a male body
Trans or Not Trans
My wardrobe is more than 95% feminine.

It would probably help me mentally if I transitioned but life issues always got in the way, so now I'm just going with the status quo.
